Ensure the brand continues to be relevant to its target audience by clearly defined USPs. brBrand Equity: Custodian of the Brand Equity. Ensure the core portfolio and any new product development positioning and communication stays true to the brand purpose across all touch points. brProduct Development- Be the point person on the product development team to define goals and create a vision for development projects. Manages product development from ideation to omnichannel launch with an obsession with how the customer will receive this. Works alongside the Head of Marketing to develop and execute a full innovation pipe aligned with global category targets. Ensure all elements of the marketing mix are respected, especially product and pricing. brProduct Positioning Messaging: Own create compelling product messaging which speaks to the brand's unique values and category specifications. Collaborate with RD, brand teams and markets to ensure rich and consistent storytelling across all Channels. brMarket Sell In: Responsible to deliver sell-in packs to Markets and provide regular updates. brBusiness Management: Close collaboration with the Commercial team to develop business cases for NPD projects, and follow through KPIs during and post events.
