There's never been a more exciting time to join Deel - the international payroll and compliance market leader.brbrResponsibilitiesbr * Develop and run a sales strategy in the allocated territory with a target list centered around acquiring new business from prospective companiesbr * Manage the customer buying journey from start to finish, providing guidance and subject matter expertise to prospective customersbr * Meet or exceed quarterly and yearly revenue targetsbr * Continuously develop a robust sales pipeline through individual outreach, collaborating with your sales development representative, and managing inbound prospectsbr * Keep CRM system up to date with customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data so we can learn more about our business and our sales processbrbrKey qualificationsbr * Geographically based in an ASEAN countrybr * 3+ years sales/ account management experience, with a minimum of 1 year selling into the Mid-Market segmentbr * Experience closing deals valued at $100,000+ within organizations of 200-2000 employeesbr * A proven track record of developing a greenfield territory, executing across the full sales cycle, and adding net new logosbr * Ability to outbound prospect and generate a minimum of 50% of their pipelinebr * Experience in working with cross-functional teams to ensure Customer Success and Satisfactionbr * Desire to work for a fast-paced startup and take on increasing levels of responsibilitybr * Experience with Global Payroll or HR software is advantageousbrbrTotal RewardsbrOur workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
