pYou will be responsible for maintaining deep customer relationships to drive account revenue retention and growth. By collaborating with internal partners, the Account Manager delivers exceptional service and a valuable solution. The position will handle a defined book of business-aligned by customer segment within geography and will be accountable for the commercial close of all deals. You will also open up larger solution opportunities and introduce Solution and Proposition Sales.brbrWhat will you be doing?br * Demonstrate a deep understanding of the customer decision maker's strategies, priorities, and needs.br * Maintain solid knowledge of LSEG propositions to initiate conversations and raise interest.br * Build and embed a long-term trusted advisor relationship within assigned accounts.br * Drive growth by expanding LSEG footprint within their accounts.br * Focus on maintaining overall customer engagement and expanding and retaining handled net revenue.br * Lead all commercial activities within accounts, being responsible for the end to end customer relationshipbr * Drive efficiency in account administration (especially for lower value and growth potential accounts).br * Manage internal and external partners and maintain networks to negotiate and close deals.br * Accountable and responsible for simple order taking.br * Manage an assigned Growth accounts book on a proactive basis.br * All Account Managers are in charge of revenue retention, sales, and administration of their accounts.brbrWhat are we looking for?br * Good knowledge of the financial markets.br * Fantastic relationship building skills.br * Selling skills which allow identification, development and articulation of a complex proposition and consultative selling.br * Strong negotiation skills.br * Outstanding interpersonal skills, ability to develop and implement a sales plan, ability to use a variety of technology with a high level of proficiencybr * Problem-solving skills: the ability to understand, articulate, structure, and solve client needsbr * Presentation and communication skills: ability to deliver presentations and communicate at all levels within an organizationbr * Ability to collaborate with account teambr * Relevant experience in applicable industry and knowledge of customer workflow is a plusbr * Customer relationship management is required across various levels within the matrix.br * Ukrainian/Russian and English language skills are required.brbrWORKSTYLE MODEL brWe know balance is the key, therefore we propose hybrid way of working.
