pJob Descriptionbrbr* Attendance of know-how sessions.br * Familiarization with the legal organization, policies and central directives of Bosch in SEA.br * Perform legal researches in all aspect of Vietnam laws (corporate, business activities, commercial, investment, cybersecurity and data protection, real estates, IP, etc.).br * Support in drafting and vetting internal guidelines and standards.br * Support in drafting internal legal circulars, proposals for management approval.br * Coordination with external service providers including translators and corporate secretarial service providers.br * Assist in creation of internal checklists, management of legal database of contracts, entity constitutional documents, clause library, etc/ppbCandidate Requirements:/b/ppQualificationsbrbr* Final year from university majoring in Law, entitled as full-time student during the 6-month internship.br * Working experience in foreign companies or prestigious law firms is preferable. br * Eloquent English (writing and speaking) and Vietnamese.br * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.br * Have strong academic record.br * Have outstanding interpersonal skills with proven ability to resolve problems in a professional manner.br * High level of attention to detail and accuracy.br * Discipline and ability to work effectively and independently or as part of a team.br * Ability to identify good practices and areas for improvement in team performance.br * Open-minded, curious about business.br * Working hour: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Mon- Fri).br * Candidates must provide an official recommendation/introduction letter with stamp from their university/p
