Legrand Group, worldwide specialist in electrical & digital building infrastructure, is looking for a VIE as a Finance Controller to join its subsidiary in Oslo, Norway. Integrated within the Nordic Zone (Finland, Sweden, Denmark & Norway), you will be part of a young and dynamic team. The position is based in Norway with a direct link with the Country General Manager but also a functional link with the CFO of the Nordic Zone (based in Finland). Travelling in different Nordic countries will be necessary. You will contribute to: -(co)piloting the finance performance of the Norwegian subsidiary, - monthly closing in local Gaap & IFRS including reporting figures to the Zone and Group in BPC (Group consolidation tool), - Annual Financial Statements in local Gaap, - coordinating the accounting shared service center, - coordinating the local outsourcing partner in payroll and travel expenses, - budget construction thanks to interactions with Management and other departments (sales, Marketing & others) - Quarterly forecasting process, - becoming an active member of Zone Controlling team

Candidate Requirements:

You have: - a Master in Finance with a minimum 2 years' experience in Finance (ideally Audit/Controlling) within an international company, - a strong knowledge in accounting, finance, controlling is required as well as good analytical skills, - the ability to investigate fast & « crunch » numbers, - responsible, dynamic and autonomous skills, - an experience in ERP management (ideally SAP) and strong skills in Excel
