We run a total of 7 assets including Westfield Mall of the Netherlands, Stadshart Amstelveen and Westfield Mall of Scandinavia. We're looking for a talented individual to join our Northern European Shopping Centre Management team as the Asset Analyst. The role is based in Scandinavia, Sweden. brbrKey objectives brbrSupport the General Management with daily operations of the Shopping Centre, focusing on administrative and analytical tasks, information flow, and customer journey quality. This includes managing information flow to tenants and suppliers, providing administrative support, collecting sales and footfall data, and supporting various projects. Responsibilities include answering customer requests, collecting and analysing data, coordinating audits, managing DocuSign administration, coordinating tenant move-ins and move-outs, updating customer journey elements, handling insurance cases, managing the URW Connect App, supporting the RISE collaboration, assisting marketing tasks, and ensuring smooth office management.brbrWhat you will be doing… brbr* Information Management: Follow up on the information workflow to and from tenants and customers (URW-Connect, Center email, reception, etc.).br * Customer Journey Support: Assist the facility manager in day-to-day customer journey management and follow-up within the asset.br * Meeting Coordination: Keep minutes in internal meetings, and proactively share information and actions.br * Tenant Coordination: Coordinate administrative tasks for tenants moving in and out (Mercury, Mallcom, Tenant list, website, maps, signage, etc.).br * Administrative Support: Support General Management with administrative tasks related to daily and long-term goals of the shopping centre and assist with all customer journey-related topics and projects.br * Sales Figures Collection: Responsible for the sales figures collecting process from tenants.br * Quality Audits Preparation: Prepare for quality audits, customer and tenant surveys, 4-star audits, mystery shopping, etc.br * Community Engagement: Assist the General Manager in contributing to the 360 development of the asset, representing the asset locally, and developing relationships in the local community.br * Marketing Support: Support GM/Marketing in administrative tasks such as collecting logos, and offers, overseeing website information, evaluating events/projects, and collecting data from different systems and partners.br * Project Coordination: Support GM/Marketing in project coordination (and lead smaller projects) such as contacting event agencies and partners, follow-up, evaluation, quality of execution, and optimising current partnerships.br * Document Management: Keep long-standing asset documents and information channels up-to-date (website, Crisis handbook, Centrumhandboken, Säkert Centrum, URW Connect, etc.).br * Communication Coordination: Coordinate SCM info-mail, logbook of reception, and Goodays remarks.br * Tenant Interaction: Act as the first contact person for tenants on generic questions concerning daily operations.br * Independent Project Management: Manage smaller projects in the centre independently (e.g., Summer jobs, Pippi collaborations, etc.).br * Office Management: Implement routines and structure for the SCM office (ordering supplies, household chores, etc.).br * Service Optimization: Support DGM in optimising SC services, ensuring quality, and finding new services.br * Event Coordination: Coordinate all tenant meetings and larger gatherings within the asset with team/stakeholders.br * Parking Management: Act as the contact person for parking questions, overseeing agreements with the supplier Parkman.br * Reception Support: Handle day-to-day queries from reception staff in collaboration with DGM.br * Commercial Mindset: Ensure an open and commercial mindset within the role to create opportunities for Westfield Rise.br * KPI Follow-Up: Follow up on certain KPIs defined by GM/DGM/MM (e.g., Goodays, TSS, etc.).br * Event Support: Support DGM in coordinating larger events in the SC such as fairs and family activities, handling smaller projects independently.br * Digital Engagement: Contribute to delivering asset targets of growing our online audience (website/app visits) and loyalty database, ensuring services are clear on the webpage and linked to loyalty benefits.br * Strategic Support: Assist General Management in core focuses of the asset: driving offline and online audience, unlocking value, growing market share, and enhancing content and experience to position the asset as "Sweden's proudest moments" and the place to be.#8239; brbrWhat skills, experience, and knowledge will you need to be successful? br * 1-2 years of previous work experience with people, for example in reception, retail, customer service or similarbr * Very good knowledge of MS Office programs especially Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.br * Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and writtenbr * Structured and detail-focused with an analytical mindsetbr * Potential and willingness to growbr * Independent and proactivebr * Basic knowledge/experience of marketing tools (basic SoMe tools etc)brbrAs an international company, our primary internal language is English.
