Then come and measure the impact of your talent and energy on the realization of an ambitious and sustainable business project!brbr#IWorkForAllForGoodbrbrMission : Establish robust demand forecasts by using relevant statistical tools and actively collecting and using market and sales information to enrich the forecast in order to execute a high-quality demand planning process resulting in a translation of the business needs into a validated demand plan (focusing on volume and value) brbrParticipate to SOP animation and build strong collaboration with distributors. brbrMains Responsibilities : brbrDemand Forecast and SOP process: (80%/90%) brbr* Coordinate forecasting process for Latin America and French Overseas Territories, at a DFU level and co build short, mid-term and long-term demand plan with Sales Marketing teams brbrand distributors based on statistical analysis (considering market trends, customers vision, expected exceptional, promo, guidelines issued from previous SOP cycles) brbr* Perform gap analysis versus budget, month M-1, previous year both in volume and value brbr* Prepare Sales and Marketing forecasting meetings jointly with distributor including key assumptions and risks opps brbr* Animate forecasting meetings with BU Sales and Marketing teams + distributor brbr* Collect information from Marketing on new products Phase In, discontinued products Phase Out process brbr* Update short, mid and long-term Demand Plan in JDA and IBP according to forecasting meetings and SOP+ discussions and decisions brbr* Conduct historical data cleansing / explanations in JDA brbr* Perform forecast accuracy analysis (MAD / BIAS), identify improvement action plan, implement and track brbr* Review incoming promotions advise on availability and timing and propose forecast changes brbr* Ensure the Supply feasibility of the forecast planning on short term horizon (in collaboration with the master planners) brbr* Alert on overstock or low stock on short and mid-term at distributor brbr* Challenge and propose optimized safety stock levels in collaboration with distributor brbr* Participate in building state of the art SOP supporting steps 1 (Drive The Growth) and 2 (Demand Planning) in a collaborative approach with distributors. brbrContinuous improvement / projects: (10%/20%) brbr- Be proactive and propose improvements of actual demand process brbr- Develop tools reports, and support team in optimizing supply chain performance for the Business Unit brbr- Engage internal external stakeholders on continuous improvement project (collaborative forecast, data sharing…) brbrQualifications ExperiencebrbrMinimum level of education and professional experience needed: brbr* Master's degree in supply chain management or business school / Engineer brbr* 3 to 5 y experience in demand brbr* Fluent in English - French brbrSpecific knowledge (software, technical skills): brbr* Forecasting tool brbr* Supply Chain APICS certification is a plus brbr* Statistics tools performance understanding brbr* Knowledge about local market: distributors, products, channels, market insights brbr* Proficient in Pack office: Excel, Word, Power Point brbr* Experience with APS: JDA, BW, IBP brbrIf you are interested in this position, we invite you to click on the Apply button now.
