Frontex (the European Border and Coast Guard Agency) is an EU agency responsible for managing and coordinating border security across the external borders of the European Union and the Schengen Area. 

Responsibilities:

• Providing administrative support in general administrative procedures
• Supporting document flows and archiving
• Providing assistance in drafting reports in areas related to Frontex activities
• Carrying out data entry and monitoring electronic databases
• Assisting in the organisational matters, such as handling correspondence, arranging  online and physical meetings and performing other basic administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Previous experience in administrative support, office management, or a similar role is an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• A university degree in administration, business management, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in document management, including archiving and handling correspondence
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with electronic databases
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines
