Job Summary
To apply and teach WCM knowledge and methodology to support the results in the respective factory, and work with and support WCM Manager and the pillar to achieve overall process and factory KPIs.
What you will do
Administration and analytical support for WCM Manager and Pillar
WCM and loss analysis deployment with advanced tools
Advising WCM manager and factory management team on loss deployment
Benchmarking with other pillars and factories
WCM tools and mindset promotion
Guiding operators and production associates in WCM training and tools
Automate office tools development
We believe you have
At least 3~5 years in WCM/ TPM full time work experience, deliver the WCM driver and methodology coach.
Production/ Maintenance/ Quality function as an engineer in factory WCM advanced tools and deep experience IT knowledge and ability to use for loss analysis. Has experience of participating and leading some WCM pillar and several teams.
