Responsibilities:
preparing, reviewing, and submitting tax returns and calculations regarding indirect taxes, including VAT and Intrastat declarations for various jurisdictions,preparing VAT account reconciliations,ensuring timely payments/monitoring VAT refunds,preparing and updating documents/procedures,participating in automation projects,engaging in diverse and developmental projects, implementing new tax legislation, and providing support during tax audits and verification activities,cooperating with other financial teams and local tax teams,training and supporting other teams on VAT regulations.Requirements:
3+ years of experience in a VAT compliance-related position,experience in preparing VAT reports for various European markets is an additional advantage,preferred education in economics, finance, accounting, or tax law,knowledge of international VAT regulations and experience working with tchem,excellent analytical and communication skills,familiarity with SAP, applications, and systems for automation and standardization of VAT compliance is an additional advantage,proficient in Excel,fluent in English,knowledge of French and/or Italian at a conversational level is an additional advantage.We offer:
