Key job responsibilities
• Represent the voice of the customer; collaborate with field and central teams to bring customer feedback to product teams. Lead curation of custom feature and availability requests for unique customer use cases.
• Provide advanced technical knowledge to your aligned GTM teams to unblock our customers’ largest and most critical business challenges.
• Along with your extended team, own the technical bar for specialist technical artifacts and standards.
• Collaborate with your GTM colleagues to provide technical insights into GTM strategy and support field marketing to execute local technical events, campaigns, and customer engagements.
• Act as a thought leader sharing best practices through forums such as AWS blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures and public-speaking events such as AWS Summit, AWS re: Invent, etc.
• Guide and Support an AWS internal community of technical subject matter experts aligned to your customers. Create field enablement materials for the broader SA population to help them understand how to integrate new AWS solutions into customer architectures.

A day in the life
The GenAI Labs team is central to the changes generative AI will have on our customers, industries, and the world. We make AWS the best place for our customers and partners to build and deploy their GenAI workloads. As a GenAI Labs Builder SA, your job is to create high-quality GTM collateral, including customer and internal demos, hands-on labs, workshops, POC accelerators and AWS Solutions. You combine product development skills with agility, building high-quality software that uses GenAI and highlights AWS capabilities in this area. You are comfortable discussing complex technical details with a room full of engineers as you are briefing an executive audience. You can learn new concepts and tools quickly and work at all levels of the GenAI stack.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
- 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
- 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience
- 4+ years of experience within AI/ML or related technology domain.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience working with end user or developer communities
- Experience leading or developing high quality, enterprise scale software products using a structured system development lifecycle
- Ability to write and present content to a technical audience
- Experience working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $138,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $239,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
